Vintage Legacy and Contemporary Elegance Combine for the New CorporateEdge Office in Connaught Place

CorporatEdge is a major player in India's serviced office space, located in the elite environs of Connaught Place in the heart of New Delhi. This workplace, the third in the prestigious Corporatedge serviced office series, is the ideal blend of a vintage legacy and the contemporary elegance of a modern-day workspace.

The building is located on Kasturba Gandhi Marg, opposite the British Council Library, in the context of old historic colonial architecture, and it faces the iconic Hindustan Times building and the Rajeev Chowk flag. As a result, it was critical that the design intervention resonate with its iconic surroundings while also existing in synergy with the context.

What distinguishes this working space is how the construction of a relationship between the natural external environment and the interior aesthetics is approached in the context of the site. The design manifesto aims to create a sense of airy spaciousness by using colours that are subtle yet crisp. Each space responds equally to the user and their surroundings, while endowing the brand with a distinct identity, while celebrating modern-day workplaces in a way that marks its antiquity.
