Nestled within a lush green sanctuary, Frame House by Urban Nest Design Studio is more than just a home; it’s a thoughtfully designed haven for a multi-generational family, including elderly parents, a son and daughter-in-law, a daughter, and their beloved pet, Bruno.
Frame House seamlessly merges Scandinavian elegance with modern interpretations of traditional interiors. The design process centered on enhancing well-being and accommodating individual preferences, resulting in a timeless and cohesive family residence. Key to this design is the integration of pet-friendly features, ensuring Bruno feels fully embraced as part of the family.
The architectural approach incorporates open plans and layered materials to create spaces that offer views of the surrounding nature and rare bird life. The combination of raw and modern materials, including handmade clay tiles and beige lime plaster, with arches and curves, adds harmony to the design.
The home’s layout promotes fluid transitions between living areas, including a front garden with a swing for Bruno. The staircase, bathed in natural light, enhances the sense of openness, while the triple-height puja room adds grandeur. Each master bedroom reflects unique personal styles, from hand-painted feature walls to luxurious Italian marble.
Inside, Frame House showcases Scandinavian elegance with a modern twist. Rich textures, Italian marble flooring, and bespoke elements like hand-painted walls contribute to a refined and luxurious atmosphere. Balconies and terraces provide serene green spaces, further connecting the family with nature.
